This place.. Run.. and I'm not even exaggerating... I'm actually upset about the whole experience.. $20 later we received a taro slush no milk.. straight water.. I was told they don't add milk..got an avocado smoothie.. again straight water mixed with freezer burned avocados.. I honestly thought I ordered tapioca but I didn't so I asked if they could add.. gave me attitude to add a clumped up slime ball of tapioca for my drink.. just upset me all together.. this is not presto tea.. their large is not presto teas original large. I wish I could get a refund.. can't say you weren't warned
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! First, the employee begrudgingly and very rudely took my order. I then tried to pay with a gift card and the employee had zero clue on how to use it, so they asked their manager how to proceed. The manager said they could not accept it, and neither the employee nor manager could give me a valid reason as to why they declined the gift card as payment. They were extremely unhelpful and disrespectful throughout the whole process. Please don’t visit this spot for bubble tea lol
Less mango than I used to have (Montreal vs Kingston vs Toronto) so i was disappointed. And they used frozen mango (mango were unripe so not sweet). Won't go back.
Hands down the worst bubble tea I have ever had. It tasted like soap, they got my order wrong, and it was so gross. Don’t go to this location. I have had PresoTea at other locations and it has been delicious. I was so disappointed with this location I would give it 0 stars if I could.
An amazing experience. I wouldn’t bother reading the negative reviews. I came here during rush hour on a weekday and I was served very quickly. I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much for the great service and delicious bubble tea!
I came here for bubble tea. I ordered off the menu, was charged, and was given a drink. The drink was not what I ordered. When I pointed this out, I was told that they no longer offered the drink I ordered, and was not offered any sort of compensation. If they had told me when I ordered that the drink I wanted was no longer available, I would have been completely fine with it and ordered something else, but the fact that they let me order and pay for a drink and then gave me something different without offering to make me a different drink is unacceptable. There's lots of other bubble tea places in the area, I will not be returning to this location.
On a tight diet and decided to get a mango slush here for $8, and they don't add mango chunks in their mango slush even though the picture outside clearly has mango chunks! And every other presotea I've gone to HAS mango chunks, but "they" "don't". Guy explains that it is "real mango" like duh doy, I KNOW THAT'S WHY I CAME HERE WHERES MY MANGO CHUNKS FOR $8 He says "Yeah, *they* do, but *we* don't." LOL WOW A whole mango is $4 across the street! Cheap bastards.
