Real fruit slaps every time but this location is hands down the best! I'm an avid mango diamond slush drinker and I've tried every single location in downtown Toronto multiple times, but this location consistently has the fastest service and best quality mango. Yesterday, one of the staffs was making my smoothie and noticed there was some space at the top, so she went out of her way to top it off with extra mango toppings. It's a small detail, but one you don't see often when buying drinks, and I was so touched. I will forever be a loyal customer, thanks to this staff! I LOVE REAL FRUIT BUBBLE TEA! AND SPECIFICALLY THIS LOCATION!
Had a large banana strawberry smoothie and tasted lovely. Would really recommend this location if you are grabbing something to eat or watching a movie.
Ordered Jasmine milk tea with Tapioca. It was like drinking cardboard in liquid form. Perhaps they are good for high sugar or fruit based drinks. Even the tapioca bubbles were not giving the usual bouncy chewy texture.
Visited this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The service was fast just place an order through the self-service kiosk and you’re done. I tried jasmine tea with strawberry tapioca and mango slush very tasty.I’m glad they don’t add too much sugar. Great place.
Honestly, the best downtown location and service of real fruit bubble tea in my opinion. They have never gotten my order wrong, compared to the 2 eaton center locations, and the service is always fast and friendly. When I wasn’t able to indicate in the self serve kiosk that I wanted to ice and half sugar, I told the employee rep and she was able to accommodate my request. Will continue to prefer coming to this real fruit bubble tea location for my future bubble tea needs!
I visited Real Fruit branch in Dundas, and I have to say, the service was exceptional! Peter, the employee who assisted me, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered some great recommendations. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service, and Peter truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommend this location!
