Place is very good. They have variety of fresh smoothies you can buy from. Excellent customer service with pleasant smiles. Christian serves people very well and always wants you to try something different.
There's all sorts of oddities like sticky tables, and some spots in the flooring and the rather high pricing. While all of that could be excusable, what isn't is the fact that you guys forgot the boba in the actual drink. Which I specified on the machine. The drink tastes quite good but for a $7 drink, you have to get it right in order for it to be worth anything above $3.
Got the honey ginger tea and it was okay. Not overly hot so you can drink it right away, but definitely took about 10 minutes to make while being the only customer there.
A chain that offers consistent quality of customizable bubble/milk tea. It is a bit expensive. You're looking at ~$10 for a medium cup of bubble tea with toppings in it but tastes great!

Only reason not 5 stars is that it should have a staff remember they're just one even at all times of day and night. Other than that it has everything you need and nothing more and it reflects in the $17 bi-weekly + plus you get free massage chairs that are actually very impressive! And I'm a big guy, so getting a chairs to really push get to my muscles is difficult and these do. Plus free training the tanning alone is worth the membership.
