I went to the store and bought a drink. The girl who served me was very nice and friendly as always, but she forgot to add the extra topping I ordered. When I told her, she quickly fixed it, which I appreciated. However, I later found a dead bee inside my drink. It really left me disappointed and I couldn’t drink it after that. I hope the store pays more attention to cleanliness and checks the drinks before serving them.
This is the best real fruit in the city of Ontario especially if Elaine is serving you the experience will be immaculate I highly recommend ‼️ n I got some pictures so yall can see for yourselves

Great fast, professional, courteous staff. But what I do think is horrible is how this location allows their staff to work under grueling conditions , especially during a heat wave that is currently 43 degrees. A simple fan does not suffice and Im sure fresh fruit makes more then enough revenue to provide safe and comfortable working conditions. Employees are not slaves they are the people helping put money in your pocket ! Do better fresh fruit !!
This location on Bloor makes the best mango diamond slush - whenever I crave for mango I come here to grab one. If this location was closer to my place I would buy it everyday ❤️ my other recommended location is Yorkdale mall. I have tried other locations , such a let down especially when ur paying $10 for a large drink . Either they add more ice or more sugar making the drink taste more sugar and ice , you can’t taste the real fruit or is it I do not recommend the real fruit in Vaughan mills, dufferin mall or Toronto outlet .
I have been a regular customer and each visit leaves me more impressed by the outstanding service. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They are also incredibly fast in preparing drinks, even during peak hours, without compromising on quality. The team consistently prepares delicious and fresh bubble tea with the perfect balance of sweetness and toppings. I truly appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the positive atmosphere the staff creates.
