I stopped by Real Fruit Bubble Tea at the Shops and simply asked for a cup of water. First of all, I had to wait for 10 minutes because no one was even at the counter. When someone finally showed up, instead of basic customer service, they demanded $10 just for a cup of water. The service was slow, unprofessional, and honestly disappointing. I wasn’t even asking for anything complicated—just water. If this is the way they treat customers, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Zero professionalism and zero care for customers.

I’ve tried their fresh watermelon juice a couple of times, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
First time visiting this place. Though the drink is good, their chairs are too dirty. Given that this is a food place, you should keep your chairs clean. So hesitant to sit.
I’ve been coming to this spot for as long as I can remember, and I’ve tried just about everything on the menu. The flavours never disappoint, always fresh and delicious. The seating area is super cute, which makes it a nice place to hang out. I do miss the classic tapioca pearls. The homemade ones are okay, but they’re not quite the same. Also, the employees tend to take their time, so the service could be a bit faster. Overall, it’s a great spot that keeps me coming back. The milk teas used to be my favourite but now I prefer the sherbet/sorbet and smoothies. Just a couple of tweaks and it’d be perfect!
Great bubble tea place with fresh fruits; perfect for vegans. I got the passion fruit green tea with tapioca; it was delicious. The service is quick. There are lots of restaurants and retail stores around here.
I placed the order in the app for this Shops at Don Mills location which said the order was at 2:48pm. When I arrived 15 min after that time because there was no parking to pickup my order, they only started to prepare the order after I gave my name for the pickup. I ordered in advance to avoid this situation as I did not have time to wait to prepare the order. I was told they do not make mobile orders until the customer arrives which makes no sense since payment was already taken in the app. They also said they had some walk-ins as a response. I requested the order be canceled and they said they couldn’t do it and to reach out to customer service. I did not get my drinks in the end but payment was taken. They said I could get a refund via customer service, which I have tried to call using the provided number, then online and via email but have not received any response.
