We used to order four drinks from this location at least once a week, usually on Saturdays, and never had any issues. This problem has started only recently. Instructions are no longer being followed, which suggests a training issue. Our preferred drink was the strawberry slush, which has since been replaced with a strawberry smoothie. We always clearly note “no dairy” in the Uber Eats instructions; however, our last three orders were prepared incorrectly and had to be thrown away. We did not initially go through the refund process, but after it happened a fourth time, we did. This resulted in a complete waste, and we have since started ordering from a different location.
I recently tried the banana and papaya drink from Real Fruit, and it was amazing! The fresh, natural flavors of the banana and papaya blended perfectly into a smooth and refreshing drink that wasn’t too sweet. The customer service was also excellent — the staff was friendly, polite, and quick with my order. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Terrible real fruit. Stole my money. Paid for 5 drinks and only got 2. Drinks that I got still had frozen fruit inside. Gave no straws so couldn’t drink the lychee pieces with the drink. On top of that, VERY SLOW. Never ordering from this location again.
