Hot Matcha Jade Milk Tea tasted great in the beginning but near the end you can taste the grainy matcha powder means they did not mix too well and the tapioca was okay. The front cash register was littered of order papers and the two Asian ladies gave okay service, straight forward transaction, did not ask me for reward points to scan. The drink was made fairly quickly and there was no line wait.
I usually love Real Fruit Bubble Tea and always order the Mango Slush, but this location at Gerrard Square is not at the same standard as others. The Mango Slush here is consistently very watery, more like a thin juice, and this is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location.
Loved this place before and bought products here many times. But recently the slush has so much ice and so little fruits. I can barely taste the mango. The color is different from before, it’s light yellow and not that kind of mango yellow anymore. This is sad. Sure this is not always. But when it happens, it ruins your mood and it’s a total waste of money.
Jessie is awesome and kind. Got there in the last minute and she still made my order with a big smile on her face. She went far and beyond to make sure i had a good experience
The place needs more staff, there was only one staff and she was doing everything, there was a big line up therefore she was very tired and the service was slow, i dont blame her but in approaching summer they should hire more staff
This is by far my favourite place to get bubble tea! I usually get the strawberry banana and after working out I get same thing but with protein for the gains? I love the flavour of the drinks so much!
For some reason they don't put mango chunks in this location and I noticed that the mango diamond slush most of the times is so watery and ofc the reason is because they use whatever was mixed for the person before which most people order mango diamond slush, but the problem is its been sitting in the mixer for who knows how long.. so it's like you are drinking mango juice instead of mango slush..anyways I just noticed that I few times .
