Very disappointed with a particular female staff who have been intentionally overcharging and refusing to add points. We have been loyal customers for many years and have super elite status with 200+ points collected. This means we get an automatic free upgrade for all drinks and are given one point for each drink purchased. This employee has been sneaky and only gives us one point, even though we purchased multiple drinks. When we point it out, she calls us liars and claim points were given even though we can provide evidence to show that it was not. In addition, even though we get an automatic upgrade to a large size drink, she charges us an additional dollar for each drink. She’s done this many times and we finally called in to the store and spoke to a very nice gentleman who took down our phone numbers to make sure we get our perks. Things were well for a few days until this employee came back to work. She immediately starts overcharging us again and argues that we don’t have the perks. She claims that it’s our problem. She doesn’t know what super elite status means or what the perks include and she is too busy to look it up, so she won’t give it to us. We’ve been to all of their other locations and have never had this problem. We also don’t have this problem with the other employees at this location. Just her. As soon as they type in your phone number, they can see the status and know what perks are attached to it. This lady is claiming that she knows nothing about the products of her own company and it is the customer’s responsibility to inform her. And then when we do inform her, she tells us we don’t have it and it’s too late for her to change it. Does the company only train employees at other locations but not her? What is the point of having a loyalty system when your employees refuse to abide by it? Ten Ren, do better!

⸻ 5-star review: This is truly the most special tea I’ve ever had. I once traveled all the way to Alishan Mountain in Taiwan to learn about how this tea is made – and ever since, I’ve absolutely loved it. The tea comes in many varieties, including ones infused with ginseng, making it suitable and beneficial for people of all ages, from the young to the elderly. It helps with sleep, improves circulation, warms you in the winter, and refreshes you in the summer. Made with 100% natural ingredients and no preservatives, it stands apart from most teas on the market. This brand is well-known across Southeast Asia, and I’m so happy it has a branch here in Canada. Even though I live far away, I always order it to gift my parents and grandparents for special occasions like Lunar New Year. Every time I visit Toronto, I make sure to stop by the shop in person. When I can’t go, I even ask a friend to ship it to me. This tea is truly precious to me – a meaningful gift for loved ones and a treasure for my own health.

5-1-2025 . The woman's lies and fraud about the product price are unbelievable. As a young person, I came to buy the product to enjoy it, with a lot of confusion. They sold it to me for $150 for 2 boxes of King's 913 Green Ginseng Oolong 10.6 tea, while on the website it was $62, a blatant fraud. Because that woman lost trust in the company's store. Will never come back. Do your research before you go there.

Nice atmosphere! Good quality boba — matcha with red bean (milk alternative: oat milk). Horoscope series of boba is fun! Nice products as well for loose tea and teapots, cups. Nice employees!

The store actively promotes buying 3 packs of different types of tea for a discounted price, but doesn't allow to even smell them first. I took the risk and the tea obviously ended up being below average quality with a poor shallow taste. Better buy a good tea for a bigger price than this. The store shouldn't promote poor quality products!

The teas here are really delicious, but I gave 3/5 because of the flavors. Despite alot of fruit sounding flavors, almost everything my friends and I tried was made from or full of powders which when used in surplus result in a chalky dry drink. If you shake the heck out of your drink or allow the ice to melt to help dissolve the powder the overall flavor is better though, but I think there should be less powder overall.

Ordered an almond milk tea with grass jelly that I didn’t like. They offered me a free drink to make up for it. I got the Hokkaido ice milk series (chocolate flavour). It was okay, but I’m not a big fan of slush
