My guilty pleasure drinks when it's hot, the store is clean and the service quality is outstanding. The drinks quality are as good as those i had in Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui
Tried their Strawberry Snow Velvet Matcha Latte, and wow—what a treat! The combination of matcha with the creamy snow velvet and strawberry was surprisingly refreshing. The shop itself is clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing. Prices are on the higher side, but for a quality indulgence, it’s worth an occasional splurge. Definitely a cute spot to visit!
My partner wanted something like a strawberry latte, so we asked to *remove* the crunch from the Crunchy Strawberry Milk Tea - and they said they couldn’t… Honestly baffled we asked if he could get the Matcha Strawberry Latte but just replace the matcha with regular milk instead - and they said “Sorry we don’t have the recipe for that”….. i’m honestly still trying to process this interaction and regret not leaving then and there because when we ordered the Matcha Strawberry Latte there was the tiniest bit of strawberry - looks like a quarter of what’s shown in the picture. 10/10 for worst experience at a bubble tea shop.
Door dashed this Hot matcha deeroica latte w almond milk Comes with brown sugar pearls Brown sugar pearls r very chewy - great. Matcha taste was almost nonexistent though Almond milk tasted like almond milk
This is a very cute bubble tea shop, with a good selection of drinks to choose from whether you like bubble tea, or just milk drinks (soy milk option available) with tapioca or if you are not in the mood for the dairy product, they also have fruit tea available. I like the fact that they let you customize the ice and sugar level. I tried the Royal No.9 milk tea today and it's delicious. The inside of the place is clean and well maintained and the staff are really nice too. I'll definitely be back to try their other drinks
I chose the 'Passionfruit Green Tea' with little sugar | It was still a bit too sweet for me but this is personal taste | The pineapple Jelly was nice | I took it without the Tapioca | Friendly staff and great service | The girl helped me with my choice and explained me everything
The annoying case happened on 25th July 2023, 6:48. I ordered the Passionfruit Green Tea. The girl whit white dress gave me the Milk Tea. I told that the order was wrong. I even told her twice to give me pineapple jelly . Instead of the girl should have said Sorry politely, she just say sorry while washing her hand. She didn’t give any attention for her mistake.
