⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very satisfied with the service here. The car was lifted and the underbody was inspected thoroughly. Before the service, the undercarriage had dirt and minor surface rust; after the work, everything looks clean, well-protected, and professionally done. Joe took the time to explain the process and didn’t rush the job. The brake pad has replaced to new one. The shop is clean, well-organized, and fully equipped, which gives a lot of confidence. I has been a loyal with Joe since really long time and always trust in his process in everything with my BMW X3. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back and referring friends.
I had a great experience with this body shop. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the work was completed exactly on time which is the plus for me . They also handled all the insurance communication for me, which made the whole process stress-free. Whenever I had questions, they always answered the phone right away and took the time to explain everything clearly from start to finish, without making me wait. Very knowledgeable stuff. They even took the time to drop me off at the rental service() The repair work was excellent — I honestly couldn’t even tell that my car had been fixed. Hands down best car shop in Toronto! Got my car towed to the shop due to sparkplug problem, leads to no acceleration and engine light pop up. Everything was fixed and I got my car back the day after. I told them that I need my car ASAP to go to work, and 1 DAY IS ALL IT TAKES. Every person in Toronto needs Catel!
