I visited AllSaints and had a disappointing experience with a male employee (tattoos). During my visit, he laughed at me about my appearance not once but twice. The first time I tried to overlook it as a reflex, but the second time made it clear it was intentional and showed a lack of professionalism. I was already feeling vulnerable due to past experiences of mockery and ridicule, and this doesn't help in handling suicidal thoughts. No customer should be made to feel humiliated while just walking around. I hope management addresses staff conduct so others aren’t harmed.
Had the most positive shopping experience at AllSaints today when looking for a wedding dress option and wanted to highlight the amazing employees who went above and beyond to make my day. From the initial phone call with Jas who helped me to put a hold on my dress and double-checking it's the right one, all the way to my in-store experience being helped by Amolak (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) and (another female staff I forgot to get the name of) who recommended pairing options with belts and outfit ideas to Poppy, who's just the sweetest person, – I just wanted to say how they made the entire experience so wonderful and fun. Would definitely shop there again if I get to see such wonderful people like them there!
I messed up my AllSaints T-Shirt while Ironing and Drying it, which in case you are unaware, is not how it should be washed (as I have the tee with the tape design on it), and I went to the store and asked for a repair for that tape which I damaged, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was offered a straight swap. Tbh for something that was my mistake they were still willing to go beyond to solve my issue. Massive shout out to Hannah, the manager who aided me with the process. I'm unaware of the names but the rest of the employees are extremely outgoing as well. Very happy after shopping with AllSaints

Emma and Savi were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their warm and welcoming energy made the whole experience enjoyable. I was looking for a dress for my daughter to wear to a wedding on very short notice and Gaya offered me a lot of help. She was succinct about how to get the proper size for her and making sure the tone was right, very helpful overall. And I would love to shop with her as my stylist again . Thank you!☺️
Went into the store for the first time today, the team were so helpful, lovely, and so nice! I didn’t catch their names but they really made my day. Really professional and patient! Always love the brand, now I love it even more! Will definitely be going back to this store in the future!
