Was in last weekend during a trip to Toronto. The staff was incredible and the selection was great. Love this store, and plan to return when I am back in the city.
I just picked up the cutest spring shirts, along with some amazing basics! Run, don't walk, to check out their new selection. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful in a relaxed, easy-going way – it's such a refreshing change from the usual shopping experience!
I was very much looking forward to the experience of returning to this store, as I had only visited once several years ago when I found a pair of pants I liked. This time around I was hoping to find a durable, good quality pair of jeans. I was very disappointed to have an experience with a sales rep who was condescending and patronizing with me. When I made a comment about having been to the store before to buy a pair of pants, she gave me a bewildered look, laughed nervously, dismissed me, and told me she didn’t know what I was talking about, making me feel like I made a ridiculous or outlandish comment. When I said I was particular about finding a pair of jeans to fit my body, I was told in an irritated tone that “helping people is what they do,” ironically in what felt like the least helpful tone. To the staff: Given the price tags and luxury brands, please keep in mind the tone you communicate to customers. It makes a difference for how people feel in your store and can also make the difference of a sale. This experience left me with more to be desired.
Love, love, love going to this store. The staff are very knowledgeable and always help me find the most comfortable fit for my ever-changing body. I always feel good leaving here.
Beautiful store and great pieces, but I felt like I was bothering the young woman with my questions. And it’s a pity because I was so in the mood to buy something nice! Lol The merchandising gets me in the door, but the customer experience determines my purchase. I’ll give it another go in a month or so and see if I have better luck.
Great selection and excellent service. The store is very clean and well organized. Staff are wonderful and will place items aside if you're on your way to try on something particular. Kuwalla brand shirt packs are perfect for when you need to restock on the essentials.
Body Blue is my favourite store to shop at in the city! The staff is the best. They are helpful without being pushy. I always feel like I am amongst friends.
