Costumer service zero in this location last friday was there and then order 2 items because they didn’t have at store , the size is wrong as I told them 3 times I’m so disappointed Guess is my favourite store but not at Yorkdale
Want to leave a positive review for this location and specifically the manager Keyana. She provided excellent customer service and truly stood out among the other managers and associates. She was knowledgeable and very professional in assisting me with my return and made the process very seamless. I definitely will keep coming back here as she has won a loyal customer with her leadership. I hope she is recognized. Thank you Keyana!
Went here today with my mom around 11:30am until about maybe 11:50am. There was a lady who was helping my mom in the fitting room and she was great and attentive. I had another gentleman approach me and offer me a seat so I can sit while I wait for her in the change room. I’ve never had anyone in any retail store offer that. I did kindly declined the seat as I didn’t want to inconvenience him but it was a genuine offer that I appreciated. Would definitely be back to shop there again!
Keyanna was absolutely amazing both times I came to this store. She also remembered me from last time which of course felt great. Very attentive, very caring, and very insightful. She also totally got to know what I liked, what I didn’t like, and what fit me. She also then asked me to trust her and try a few things I would have never tried on my own - and guess what, those were some of my best purchases. Thank you!
While the clothes and merchandise at this store appear to be great (and well-organized!), I've had consistently disappointing experiences with the staff. On every visit, they came across as incredibly rude, often showing annoyance at my presence and not even acknowledging my presence. I came in with the genuine intention of purchasing a nice dress but left due to the unpleasant service. In most stores, you expect to be greeted with information about deals, offers, and a willingness to assist with your specific needs.Unfortunately, this wasn't the case here. It seemed like the staff were actively avoiding customers or claiming to be too busy to help, even though there were no more than 5 customers total in the store, and I didn't witness any staff interactions with customers during my time there. The lack of attention and respectful service I encountered at this store left me with a negative impression, despite the appealing merchandise.
GUESS was just as good as its always been. If you need the whole outfit and you don't have time to go around the mall just drop by GUESS, It's not that they have lots of options just perfect fit clothing specially jeans for me and great prices. When I go to Guess I try not to try on too many thing because I would spend more then what I plan to. It's my favorite store in yorkdale mall. Staff are always professional as well.
Amazing customer service!! I recently went to GUESS at the Yorkdale location to buy gifts for my relatives who love this brand. The sales associate Tiri was very accommodating and never hesitating to check the stock and help us by stating her opinion on sizing! Also the cashier Priya was really helpful and always ready to help us with purchasing the right size!! Deserved 5 stars for the service <3
