Helpful, knowledgeable, professional associates that work well as a team. The store was nearly empty when we arrived and became busy throughout our time there. I noticed that all 3 associates managed to give everyone great service. We have only shopped here once prior and will definitely come back again.
I contacted the Wilson location to check on the availability of a specific product. The associate took my information, promptly returned my call with confirmation of the sizes and colours in stock, and placed the item on hold. When I arrived, he took the time to walk me through the products, offered additional options, and explained the differences in quality. He also invited me to set up a profile for future promotions. Bernie provided excellent customer service, and I will gladly return as a repeat customer. Thank you.

I leave negative reviews when they’re deserved, and my experience at this location was completely unacceptable. I drove 45 minutes to this store because the item I wanted wasn’t available in my area. I was hopeful, but the moment I interacted with the store manager, Barney, everything went downhill. When I asked politely if there was a 10% loyalty discount—something other stores have honored for me—Barney responded with rudeness and zero professionalism. Instead of simply saying no, he told me to “go buy from other stores” if I didn’t like it. That kind of attitude is not just disrespectful, it’s dismissive of loyal customers. While shopping, I noticed he and another employee were actively helping other customers, but completely ignored me and my friends. We were speaking in another language, and I couldn’t help but feel that we were being treated differently because of it. Whether intentional or not, it felt discriminatory and deeply uncomfortable. ? No assistance. No courtesy. No respect. I expected better from a store that claims to value its customers. If this is how management treats people, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere—and I encourage others to do the same until this behavior is addressed.
The salesman on staff was extremely helpful by taking measurements right away and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I even mentioned I needed something that would breathe better because I knew if be sweating and he would me a better quality material for the situation. Also made me aware of ongoing sales. I was quite happy with this place and staff!
Went there this morning to get some last minute vacation wear and the service and hospitality of the staff is second to none. Great selection of summer stuff already in January for people travelling like myself and a huge selection of sale and clearance merchandise too at great prices. Great quality clothing that actually fits! I will definitely be back, great experience
This review is long overdue. Months ago, I bought some clothes for a wedding. I was flying on the weekend and needed them altered. Due to some rare mix up, one pair of pants ended up missing/ with someone else. Knowing I was flying out, the store manager had a new pair altered the same day and PERSONALLY drove downtown to deliver them to me. The mark of a business is not just how they behave on a normal day, but how they react when things go wrong. And these guys handled the situation gracefully and did everything to make it right. They have a great selection of quality clothes in a variety of sizes that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s a good store, and this particular location is outstanding thanks to the store management and top notch staff.
