I understand that it's an outlet. But how is it that you don't have a refund policy if you can't try something on? It's not like it's cheap. It's still full price like any other Bluenotes. The cashier working there was absolutely miserable. I get it. You work retail. I wasn't being rude. Maybe you should have taken the day off.
Wheelchair accessible and a very neat and clean store. Jeans at 10$? Amazing! Very affordable prices. During different seasons of the year, the sales get even better. But regardless of whether there’s an occasion to have a sale or not, they always have a sale. Very good store.
My wife and my son went today bluenote and get scrambled by customer service I don't know why she just checking the shirt for the son and get yelling why are you making Mass
Falls advertising. I'm willing to get and pick up a gift and called the store but they said they aren't open for curbside pickup when it says it in Google. Please change it
I really love bluenotes! The style of the clothes, the prices and the variety. The only issue I have is the hoodies and flannel gets lots of lint when they wash.
Amazing prices! Great service from the ladies at the front... I do wish there was a change room of some sort though because everything I tried on over my tshirt in plain view of everyone fits fine... but I had to throw my other layers of clothing over the clean clothes or on the floor everyone walked on with street muck on their shoes... how many other people have done that and then had to put that muck back on your body to leave the store and sit in your car and go to other stores? Owners, you can even put a bench or a chair or a designated rack or hook by the mirrors to put our stuff on as to not dirty your clothes. Not an expensive solution. Also a bit of constructive thinking, that would help your customers is if sizes were posted on top and sorted so I didn't have to search through the whole rack for my size. Which by the way ladies/customers the sizes run small. 35 outfits I grabbed in an XL as I know my size to be...I needed 3XL or bigger so i had to run through the store searching for where I got them from. Lucky I like shopping or I would have cared more. I was happy with the pricing but heads up ladies, You're gonna get your steps in! All in all, next time I'll leave my layers of clothing in the car for those prices.
This place has lots of trendy clothes at low prices, well organized with helpful staff. Lots and lots of clothing for both men and women. I'm a regular shopper.
