Ashley and Stephanie are the sweetest and most helpful employees! You can tell they genuinely care to help customers and work hard, management is u see this make sure ur taking care of them!!
I spent over 30 minutes selecting items and asked an associate for help finding a size. She said she would check, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I noticed her chatting behind the fitting room instead. This level of service is disappointing and feels like the bare minimum definitely not what I expect from a store of this standard.
The employees here are honestly so helpful and kind. They also know when to not invade peoples’ spaces and ask constant questions. I’ve shopped here more times than I can count, and they’ve always been great even when I’ve had to do returns or exchanges. These girls are def girls girls and I love that
I always shop at garage and usually go to yd one. yesterday (july 7) i went to eaton garage, patienly waiting to be placed on a fitting room and met the most rudest associate EVER. she has highlights on her hair, full makeup, asian. there was no one in line, and she saw me saying “what? what do you want?” in the most rudest way, i asked nicely if i can try some clothes on, she checked an available room, came back rolled her eyes and told me to go. usually, the staff would take the clothes and accomodate us to the fitting room but she didn’t. PLEASE tell your associates to fix their damn attitude! or FIRE THEM! we don’t like our days to be ruined. this happened july 7, around 2-3pm.
I had a wonderful experience with my daughter in the fitting room while we searched for her birthday outfit. A helpful employee named Shatha assisted us throughout the store and guided us to the fitting room, which ultimately led to a successful purchase. I will definitely be returning!
The selection in this Garage is good and the fitting rooms are my favorite aspects of this location. But of course, this store & location ultimately had to go to waste. The staff here are mediocre at best and they'd rather gossip & talk. I'm a 5'0 East-Asian girl, similar ages to the employees working here yet I'm treated evidently differently compared to (and not trying to make this about race but its just super off putting) the taller white girls. I went up to this worker once, I unfortunately do not remember her name or what she looked like as this happened months before but I asked about a pair of jeans and she barely spared me a glance before curtly telling me their "beside the register" and going back to folding clothes and talking to her fellow employee. Unlike other Garage locations, I'm always a tad bit terrified to request assistance in this store with how snarky most the workers are. Just get better more attentive workers and I'll love this place like prime Playboi Carti bruh
I visited the store on Friday, but my experience here was awful. One of the associates was incredibly rude, and I believe she might even be the manager, which is very unfortunate because as a manager you should have some poise and professionalism. She was short, had dark hair, and I heard another associate call her “Shay”. I tried to get her assistance on 2 occasions but was met with immediate dismissal. After that i didn’t even bother to ask for help and didn’t end up getting anything because she just left such a bad taste. She was also being rude to other customers. I had read the reviews on this location before going in and this place’s reviews are AWFUL. Garage seems to reply to these reviews with an automated, performative reply and does nothing about this COLLECTION of terrible, 1-star reviews. This place needs to replace this person immediately. There are other people who are deserving of this position. Honestly, any other person could handle this role better than her.
