Olivia, Grace Chant, and Fran… the reason I come here is for these three motivated, caring, compassionate, listening, best in the industry I’ve ever known, women. Please promote all of them.

Amazing selection of clothes and the kindest staff. Fran helped me find what I needed and even went to check in their basement for other options. The red head at the register was also lovely. Thank you Good Neighbor!

Nice store with lots of interesting clothing and variety...but there is just so little in larger sizes. I've been told on several occasions the largest size they have is L/10/30, but then I look up the brands online and see they sell larger sizes (I guess the store is just not buying them...). Super frustrating

Came in to buy a gift but left so quickly after the sales girls would not stop following me throughout the store. I was ready to make a big purchase but the girls hovering over me as i looked through the glass at some jewellery was so off putting.

Great selection, marked up prices. Often find the same things cheaper at other local shops. Would love to support their store more Not really accessible for wheelchairs or strollers

The store itself is very nice in the sense that they have a lot of beautiful products, a large variety of items, and it's well organized and laid out. I love that they have a lot of niche brands that are hard to find it other spaces . I also like that they have a large variety of items, everything from clothing to food to kids stuff. My one issue is that I sometimes find the same item I would at another independent store, and at Good Neighbor, the price is at least $5 more for the same item . I understand it for them being independent stores, but sometimes it feels like I'm paying more for the atmosphere and brand than for the actual item . The staff are.. okay, in terms of helpfulness and can be a little bit cold. Also, it is a little bit concerning in terms of the accessibility of the store itself, which limits a lot of visits.

I had two very positive experiences here. Got some running shoes awhile back and today some lovely gold Birkenstocks for under $160 after tax. I find their shoe prices to be very reasonable in comparison to their competitors
