I went in a couple days ago looking for stuff for an outfit , a lovely girl named Sierra helped me out and it was a great experience ! Amazing customer service and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable
This store is absolutely not suitable for shopping. My friend went there to buy something, and while she was trying on a pair of boots someone stole her phone and her bag. It has been twenty days, and the store has not cooperated at all with the police to provide the security footage so they can identify the thief. They even told my friend that it “doesn’t matter” that her phone was stolen. This shows that the store has no respect for its customers. Why should we shop at a place that doesn’t care about us or our safety?
This is absolutely a terrible store!! Don’t go there!! My phone got stolen and after so many follow-ups they just simply said they wouldn’t share the camera videos. This store is not safe at all!! For your safety, don’t go there!! If something happens to you, they won’t do anything.
Very nice and friendly staff, though busy they will create time to help you find what you are looking for. Definitely shopping there over and over again
But dissapointed with this location. Didn't feel as well organized but also there was a lack of selection / stock. idk if maybe it's a store with higher traffic and that's why, but didn't find much I liked.
Trendy casual clothing for younger generation and other accessories at affordable prices. If you are looking for the needs of younger ones you will not be disappointed.
Large location. The prices are cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. I liked the chain a lot more when they mostly sold accessories and not cheaply made clothing.
