They sell things online that they dont even have , what a joke of a store never again the guy on the phone was a dick just trying to get me off the phone this place is ran terribly

I ordered a sweater and received a different one. The company has informed me that they want the item returned at my cost. This was their error and customer service has been very unprofessional to say the least.
If you are thinking about selling your shoes DO NOT DO IT. I sold a pair of shoes in which they lowballed the hell out of me . I agreed to the price which is not the issue. They said they would E transfer the money to me by the end of the day. A WEEK PASSED and I couldn’t get a hold of them and when I did they said they will “ send it it asap” which they didn’t do. I had to go into the store which was 45 mins away from me , and they finally gave me cash. DO NOT SELL or BUY from here. Check stockx to buy. The prices at the store are day light robbery.

Had to wait over 5 minutes while the carried on a personal conversation then they didn’t seem to eager to help me was told that they didn’t have the shoes I wanted without even checking was rather disappointed.

Edit* The item did eventually show up, exactly as ordered. Though I was never replied to from customer service. EDIT: adding this edit because 4 years later I'm trying to resell the shark hoodie I bought and turns out is 100% fake!
