The sardar ji man upstair who sell musical item is very rude. He has bad mouth and very offensive guy. He simple criticizes and throw all his frustrations on people. I really think he should get some help.
I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever at this location. Upstairs was fine, but downstairs was a nightmare. The associate ignored my requests not to open packaging, gave me dirty looks for my budget, and kept pushing overpriced, low-quality items I didn’t want. I told her the style and colour I was looking for, yet she repeatedly asked the same questions like I couldn’t speak for myself. Then, after I said I wasn’t shopping for a big event, she showed me glittery suits that had nothing to do with what I asked for. She acted frustrated that I wasn’t buying, was dismissive, condescending, and made me feel judged and body-shamed. Retail is about service, not making customers feel small, insulted, and unwelcome. I will never return here.
Horrible customer service. Left security tag on my clothes and asking me to go all the way back to their store to get it removed. That is ridiculous. I am not driving 4 hours back and forth for your mistake.
I had an amazing experience with Noreen! She was great at helping me find a lengha for a wedding, she really made me feel comfortable and confident! The store itself has an amazing selection of trendy and affordable clothing. I will definitely be back for any events in the future and will be recommending it to friends and family!!
I bought a harmonium and found them really knowledgeable and honest when helping me pick out my instrument . I felt very taken care of and walked away with the instrument that suited me best. The harmonium is really great quality too! Highly recommend
Excellent service. They helped me find a flattering outfit in a color that would enhance my features. I felt so welcome and not pressured at all to make a purchase. I will definitely return. This is a good place to go if you’re a size 40+ especially. They are so inclusive and welcoming!!
Ordered "Quality" Dholak skins in late 2019, asked for proper concert quality. Dholak skin was thin, see-through. When called the shop owner, he said he can't do anything about it. Wish I could have done more business with them, but not worth it.
