Came here on a Friday night and was greeted with a hello and asked us if we needed anything and along with the same breath, have a look around but we’re closed in 5 min but take your time. Within seconds another person came to greet us and offered to have us come back another time. Given summer tourism, locals heading downtown with the family how is it that you close at 7pm on a Friday? Wouldn’t hurt the staff to give a bit more effort and allow customers to wander and try stuff on even if it’s past closing for great customer service.

I stopped in about 5 minutes before closing while in town for business, unsure what to expect since I don’t shop often. Ethan was incredibly kind, asked all the right questions, and made the entire experience stress-free. He helped me try on different sizes, gave great feedback, and even picked out additional items to complete the look (without pushing me to buy). I’ve never had a personal shopper, but I could definitely get used to having Ethan around. Even though they were closing, he never rushed me. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Don’t bother buying from kit and ace. Their quality in their products has severely decreased. Their products are always on sale. And they constantly are refunding orders because their website doesn’t actually work and doesn’t actually reflect the real stock they have. I used to love this brand but they have changed and no longer the brand they used to be.

Terrible customer service. I made the mistake of thinking they sold premium quality. After having a jumpsuit for a year the whole waist band came apart making it unwearable. They said it was normal wear and tear, normal and wouldn’t do anything. Crazy!?! Fast fashion disguised as premium. I was so shocked at how they don’t stand behind their products. Won’t be shopping there again.

Great quality clothing with a great fit. Jason and Cindy were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to find me the perfect size and fit. Overall, a great experience at the Queen St store.

Huge shoutout to Nish! I was totally lost trying to find a birthday gift for my partner, but he hooked me up with the perfect jacket. Sorted out the color and size like a pro. Thanks a bunch for the awesome assistance!

Worst clothing store I've ever been in, staff was rude and condescending, openly making fun of customers within earshot of them. Telling everyone I know to never go here.
