I noticed similar issue of the design and fit of clothes are similar to what Lululemon had and no surprise therr given that the ex designer there started this, its a shame because the clothes look amazing and seem comfortable but the crotch area on shorts and pants are just not it.
I bought a dress online because kit & ace sent me a 30% off voucher. Unfortunately I ordered one size too small. God help me! The salesgirl said she could return the dress & then I’d have to buy the other size for the full price. I don’t know if their system is truly that bad or she just didn’t want to work. So I obviously just took my money & left. It’s not all bad some I can buy something better from massimo dutti. Utterly disappointed. I would give them 0 stars if i could.

$700 for pants and they fall apart under a year from normal wear. 3 pairs of the same pants coming apart in the same places at the same time. At $220 per pair, I reached out to their support team for help and they told me it was normal wear and tear, not a problem with the clothing, and to visit a seamstress. Before investigating further, they blamed me rather than exploring the possibility that it could be a defect. I was super happy with this purchase last year and now I’m at a loss of workwear and nearly $700, only after 10 months. Really frustrating. Anyways, this was my experience - a word of caution to avoid wasting your money.
Great service; very friendly staff, but not upfront about promos. I bought one polo that was part of their sale, and a regular-priced shirt. When I asked the cashier if they offered discounts to first-time customers I was told no. I later went online and signed up for their emails and received a 20% off promo code for my “first purchase” in-store or online. It would have been nice of the cashier to let me know about this promo as I’m sure she is aware of it.
The staff at the Eaton Centre are amazing. I've been to this location twice and have been met with nothing but big smiles and kindness. The store director Preety was extremely friendly and willing to help in anyway she could. This is not only an exception shopping experience but I imagine a fantastic team to work with ! Thank you to this great team for making my experience great!!!
