The store is beautifully maintained—it’s clean, orderly, and looks high-end. However, the clothes are actually mid-price range. The entire staff was courteous, including the door person. Special shout-out to Ryan, who helped me out; he was genuinely personable and provided great service. Highly recommend!
Total Scam, Have ordered 2 pairs of shoes 12 days ago. No update on order while they have taken the money. No customer service, you can't call them. No phone number associated with this business. Be very careful. I would give -10 rating if that was an option. Will file an official complain with authorities.
5 people inside the store, but the security artificially creates a line. I'm guessing the sales are non existent and the brand forces you to wait in line for an empty store to seem like it's worth anything. Well done?
My husband is a big fan of Kith and wanted some of the TaylorMade collection. Unfortunately it was all sold out but Bri helped me find some other pieces that my husband loved! Hands down the best service! Bri was welcoming, given honest advice and suggestions. The cash team and people at ice cream shop Treats were also so kind. They gave my baby a free mini ice cream! Amazing experience
Visited kith toronto for the first time as I’ve only been to the New York locations. I must say it is a gorgeous location. I had such a great experience! The manager Bri went above and beyond to help me and my family! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeabl and made me feel really welcome. I’ll definitely be back to try kith treats and sadelles.
I stopped by the store to look for sneakers and was impressed by the wide selection and excellent service Bri assisted me during my visit and she was absolutely wonderful! She was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful in finding the right pair that fit my style, but also really comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!
I am absolutely in shock of the way this company is being run and the horrible customer service I received. I spent 300 dollars on a pair of shoes, within 5 minutes of placing the order, my friend told me it's men's sizing. I quickly emailed and asked for a size 8 women and not men. And told them I had ordered men's 8 not realizing its unisex. I did not ask for a refund, simply to just get the right size shipped to me. I received an email with no solution and them telling me what I already had written, that the size is unisex and they can't do anything since they process things very fast. I placed the order at 1am!!!!!! Wrote an email 5 minutes after and they responded to me when I woke up at 6am. How is it possible that they had already shipped my order and can't ship me my actual size. And they don't offer returns. So now I am left with 0 solution, no phone number to call since every single number only tells you to go on their website. I have no idea what I have to do now and have reached out again and no one got back to me. This is unacceptable and I'm quiet saddened and shocked by this since I was so excited to shop more at kith.
