I had a really nice experience shopping here and have been buying from Kotn for some time now. The staff here are really personable and friendly. However, not all items on their website are in-store (at least for this location) so you may not get to try everything on which is unfortunate.
Kotn is one of my go-to brands to shop with and I have been coming to this location since it opened! The reason for my most recent visit was I received a personal clientele email about new fall arrivals. I work in retail at the Patagonia store and I really appreciate this level of thought and care when it comes to reaching out to customers. I went into the store today and talked with Carlos and Brennan who exceeded my expectations when it came to answering all of my questions and being welcoming! I hope to continue to receive these personal emails, they make me want to continue to support the brand and visit the store!
DO NOT order from Kotn! I purchased something from them almost 30 days ago and I have still not received my parcel. Instead of giving me a refund which they automatically should have, they give me a code for 15% off - what am i supposed to do with that if I dont already have my order? Very very disappointed with the customer service and quality from Kotn and I do not recommend this store to anyone.
I absolutely love this store and the quality of all the pieces. What makes this store even more special is the care and kindness displayed by the staff members at this location. I wish I could leave a 0 start review for them! I got a gift for my bd from this store. Went to the store to exchange it. The sales person by mistake returned the money to the purchaser of the gift. The manager, Drew, told me that he is sorry but I have to leave the item at the store and cant give me any credit! Or I can purchase it myself!They asked me to leave MY gift without getting anything in return for the mistake that they made! They asked me to call my friend and ask her to repurchase the item for me! Again!!! Who does that? Long story short I asked them to call the head office and figure it out. The manager told me that they are busy and he doesn’t know how long I have to wait and my best option is to leave the item with them and they call me back. I refused to do that and asked him to contact their head office. At the end they let me leave the store with my item (which I found very disrespectful when they told me that I cannot leave with the item). And they didn’t let me to exchange it! Then they emailed my friend and asked her to call them and pay for the item again! Unbelievable! My husband and I were regular shoppers there but I won’t shop there ever again and I tell everyone that I know, that at least don’t buy any gift from this store. Terrible customer service and very disrespectful! #kotn
This location has both a Kotn clothing store and a Maha’s cafe (local Egyptian restaurant) at the back. Kotn: Classic clothing store, beautiful decor and mid-pricey clothing. Kotn sources it’s clothing carefully and uses cotton so the quality is arguably better. Maha’s: The service is really friendly but wait times were a bit slow because it just opened. There’s sitting space indoors and outdoors for the Maha’s. Three options for vegans in the savoury space: falafel sandwich, bean salad and dips.
