Absolutely horrible customer service. They take so eager to sign you up and take your details but the system magically isn't able to pull up your details when you go in with a complaint.
I visited the Levi’s store at Eaton Centre recently, and the experience was really disappointing. Two white ladies were assisting customers at the fitting rooms. While my friend was trying on her jeans, I was holding two pairs to try later. One of the staff told me she’d keep them aside for me — but when I went back after my friend was done, they had completely lost the jeans! Instead of helping me find them or even apologizing, the staff just started ignoring me as if nothing had happened. It felt very unprofessional and careless. I really expected better customer service from Levi’s, especially at such a big location.
Incredibly rude woman serving. Gave me a gift card as a refund so I could order online. I asked 3x if I could use it online and she wouldn’t answer. She finally said yes. I get home and I can’t order online. She slammed the pen down for me to sign, on entering the store no one helped or even acknowledged me.
HUGE shout out to Ali who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous when I visited to buy jeans this past weekend. The level of customer service was great, and will keep me continuing to be a Levi's customer. Thanks again, Ali!
Usually not the one to give a review for a retailer but Mausam has been the best rep I’ve spoken to till date who was respectful and knowledgeable at the same time.

Went there in the early evening after work to buy a pair of Levi’s jeans if they have the one that fits my body type which might look good in my 40s! Never had a jeans in my life as it was never comfortable for me to wear, specially the hard jeans. So this time I thought of adding a pair of jeans, found out Levi’s are good and comfy that’s why I went there even though I don’t like store shopping specially you don’t want to deal with people who works there, and their poor treatment towards you judging on how you look and all… So yes the girl whom I asked for help was super helpful, I did like one but since I was short the store dint have the length that I was looking for, prior to going inside the store I had gone through the Levi’s websites where they have the shortest length 27” long which I was looking for apart from how it fits on the waist. So I did found my waist size which was 27” and when I asked if it’s available online, which I knew it was available and it still shows for rib cage straight jeans ankle length with 27”. There was a small young girl who right away lied to me on my face , “Em unfortunately they don’t have it online, they are discontinuing this length” like was so confident without even checking them online by herself So that I will cut the length of the jeans there and pay there and get stuck with a not good looking jeans after cutting them out and then not able to return in future!? Duh I am not taking that .. anyway you shouldn’t have lied!! So 3 stars for the girl who helped me. Thank you once again and I have ordered them online so it’s convenient for me to return if I dint like the length
