It's busy tonight and there is only one visible staff member on the floor to help anybody... It took me nearly 20 minutes to get help... And then when I finally got my purchase up to the counter, there was two cashiers. The second cashier decided to leave despite the other cashier being in the middle of a long return process.. leaving the rest of us standing there for 15 minutes... And the other cashier that was there at that time was needlessly rude.. pestering me about not having a Canadian Tire points and making it seem like I was offending her for not having them.. kind of a crazy way to treat your customers

This review is focused on the outstanding customer experience provided by the team at the Dufferin Mall location. ​I have previously had disappointing experiences at other stores—specifically the Keele and St. Clair branch, where staff were disengaged, preoccupied with their phones, and failed to even offer a basic greeting. ​In sharp contrast, David and his entire team at Dufferin Mall consistently go above and beyond. They are proactive, attentive, and exemplify what true retail excellence looks like. ​Thank you for providing an exemplary standard of service. David and his team deserve major recognition.

Customer service is best and they provide every corner to help you out. They need more options for shoes to add. But the products they have are genuine and of best quality.

My sister bought boots. Your website says you’ll “Prior to purchase, if you find an item available for sale at a lower advertised price by our competitors; or within 30 days of your purchase, if you find your item advertised at a lower price by our competitors (or at our store) we will gladly match that price.” But when we called to find out as she bought your boots from you 2 days ago & now they are on sale 50$ less but you won’t honour by giving her the discount as you are forcing her to come into a store to get the discount. She can’t due to an injury & so to have to take a cab to 1 of your stores & back home would end up costing her more than the discount. Despicable service as it’s your company she bought from, it’s your company who’s offering the discount but only if she comes into the store. If you had any kindness you could find her online order & credit back 50$ due to your sale. We are not living in the 1800s when advance technology didn’t exist. This’s lazy customer service.

David and Diezel demonstrated extensive knowledge about the products and were eager to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. They were patient and took the time to listen to my requirements, ensuring that I made the right choices. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience a pleasant one. However, I must also mention that my experience at other Mark's locations, such as the one on St. Clair, was disappointing. The manager and one other lady at that particular location displayed rudeness and a lack of customer service skills. It is disheartening when encountering such behavior, as it tarnishes the reputation of the brand and affects the overall customer experience. Nevertheless, I want to emphasize that David and Diezel's exceptional service at the Dufferin St location overshadowed the negative experiences I had elsewhere. They truly embody the values of great customer service, and their dedication deserves recognition from the management. In conclusion, I would like to thank David and Diezel for their outstanding help and service at Mark's on Dufferin St. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine desire to assist customers make them valuable assets to the company. If your a popular size boot, don't bother coming here. Stock is always depleted and I went 3x. Had to order online and prepay. Friendly and helpful staff
