The assistant manager Natalie is an absolute delight, she is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely fun to chat with. The level of customer service you get here feels like a true small business experience thanks to people like Natalie. It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to even if the prices are a little higher than some other stores in the area because the products are Canadian made and the staff are friendly and passionate about what they do.
I recently bought a Flag Fleece Hoodie and I’m really impressed. The fleece is super soft and thick, feels cozy without being too bulky. The fit is a bit oversized but in a good way, very comfy. Totally worth it if you want quality and comfort.

I’m rating base on customer service. I walked in, without a greet or smile from the worker behind the counter. I had to get her attention while she was staring at the monitor, knowing I was the only customer that walked in. I felt I was like an inconvenience to her. Please train your workers with proper customer service that allows customers to feel welcomed in the store with a smile. The ossington location, workers went above and beyond with their service.
I always enjoy shopping at the Queen St. East location. Bought my husband a rugby shirt years ago and it's still in great condition. I made a purchase a few weeks ago and had a small issue with one of the items. Emailed customer service as I was away on vacation when I noticed. I went into the store today and they resolved the situation on the spot. Great quality items, made in Canada and the company backs it up with action, not just words. Can't go wrong with that!
Not one of their track pant designs have rear pockets. This is a deal-breaker for me, as I keep my phone in my back pocket when walking around. There are at least 3 more pairs I would have bought had they been made with back pockets. If rear pockets is something you utilize often, these won't work for you, otherwise the pants are fine and good quality.
