My first time shopping with Rudsak. I needed a winter parka and Abdi ran around and did the most just to find me the right one. I left the store feeling valued and with the perfect winter parka for me. Thank you!
I bought a jacket from this store and at first, they were very nice and helpful. But as soon as I needed to use the warranty they promised, everything became a problem. When the belt of my jacket broke, they first told me to bring it to the store and they would order a new one for me. I went all the way there, and then they suddenly said they couldn’t do anything and that I had to email them instead. I emailed them almost three months ago. It took them a month and a half to reply, and when they finally did, they told me to ship the whole jacket to their warehouse. I asked why, because only the belt was broken. After another month, they replied again saying, “Oh sorry, we made a mistake, just send the belt.” They also said that the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, which is really unfair for a warranty claim. And honestly, I don’t even know if they will ever send the belt back once I ship it. Because of all these delays, I couldn’t use my jacket at all during the winter season. Their service is extremely poor, and their “warranty” is basically nonexistent. If they tell you their products come with after-purchase warranty, it is not true. The customer service is terrible, and I do not recommend them at all. Repair CR-10912
I had an outstanding experience at the Rudsak boutique in the Eaton Centre — easily the best location! The store may be small, but the team is incredibly friendly, fashion-savvy, and truly professional. Before visiting, I spoke with the manager, Dicle, to get some general information about a winter jacket I saw online. She was warm, inviting, and gave me the encouragement I needed to come in. I’m so glad I did. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Daniela and also assisted by Jofre, who were both amazing from start to finish. They suggested styles based on what I was looking for, helped me try on various jackets and shoes, and provided detailed insights about the benefits, fit, and functionality of each item. Their patience, knowledge, and genuine care made the whole experience enjoyable and seamless. I highly recommend this Rudsak location for top-notch service and an exceptional shopping experience overall. Thank you so much — I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the excellent work,cheers!
Staff are rude and careless was there looking for a jacket but no one was interested to help ! They don’t even deserve the one star . Never go there , staff are bunch of kids having fun in the store as if it’s a field trip
I bought a $900 coat and it fell apart the first time I wore it… I brought it to them in store to show them and they suggested I go get it fixed by a tailor. They said a manager would call me in a few days but a manager hasn't called at all despite me following up and reminding them so I’m left with a broken coat. They did offer store credit, but why would I buy another item from them when the quality is so poor and customer service has been entirely missing. Update: They ended up giving me a refund thankfully.
The staff at this location seemed very distracted and kinda pretentious, it was trying to shop but it difficult to get some help from the associates, I asked multiple times for help until someone was kind to talk to me, I didn't feel welcome, the staff at this location needs proper training, I did noticed the were being nice to the people who were wering flashi tacky designers, since I was wering plain decent clothes they just gave me the side eye, like I dont belong there. Sad but true, please address this. Unbelievable that we are in 2025 and thera are people doing this.
Worst experience. I was shopping for my wife Christmas gift, saw they had some good deals and went there. one of their staff came, told me she will help, left to see another client, came back to me to help me 2min than left again and disappeared completely for like 10min came back and was like oh you are still here. so send another staff to help me. I am shopping for a gift and first thing this new person tells me before saying hello is no refund no exchange. Sorry but shopping for a gift so good buy and left directly. It was the worst experience especially knowing how much they are asking for their stuff. In the end went to Moose Knuckles where I had the best experience and boat the most beautiful coat and was happy to pay way more than at Rudsak. I will never recommend this store.
