Lubica at Shan Toronto is incredible. She knows all of the merchandise and provides advice and sizes so efficiently, it is a pleasure to shop at Shan. She goes the extra mile for me each time with expertise and genuine caring. I always look forward to a new season of Shan’s designs knowing that Lubica will be there to give me 100% attention and service.
Before our trip to Peurto Rico and Punta Cana my Fiancé purchased a bikini from here. For some reason is shrank, as she wore it... As my profile is quite discreet, I am able to say this publicly. I asked her if she gained weight and clearly not. So I wonder, is supposed to shrink? I'm not complaining, she looked amazing in it, just curious about shrinkage. She was happy as it shrank in the right places :). Staff were great when we made the purchase, kind of hard to find this location. Avenue Road under a condo building far to the left.
Bought a blouse for $560. I felt obligated to buy as I felt some pressured by the sales ladies. There is no return policy for in store purchases, even if you try to return it the next day. No refunds. Online customer service won't help you out either. Terrible shopping experience.
My favorite store for bikinis. Fancy with an amazing fit. A little to the pricey side but good quality. I got shorts for my boyfriend and he is obsessed ?
Unfortunately, I came to this store to buy a one piece and 2 piece bathing suit for my vacation the following day. I had loved the one piece bathing suit (as the only one that has ever fit properly) however was surprised when I opened the package on my vacation to find that I was only sold one of the two that I thought I purchased. My suggestion to anyone who shops here in the future is to check your bag to ensure ALL pieces are included. $400 is a lot of money to be walking away disappointed with one bathing suit. The best customer service I received was to put the one piece bathing suit on hold upon my return of the vacation that I purchesded it for..... I could have gone elsewhere for my money’s worth and received both suites with better customer service. Severely disappointed in a shop that has great potential to outsell other bathing suit shops in Toronto. I would not shop here based on the above alone. This may fly in New York City, however their customer service would far exceed the response I got. My advice to you would be to go get a custom suit for the price I paid for one and you won’t leave disappointed.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Small enough store to view all items. Canadian made products with Italian materials. Only issue was staff did not inform me of sales (it's their semi annual sale, which I already knew but they did not mention), trying to make I pressume a good commission vs. helping me help them clear out last year inventory for an affordable price. Also the change room curtains were tricky to close entirely.
