Came here on the weekend with my 2 boys (ages 4 and 6) for back-to-school clothes and we had a blast! Loads of sales, really unique and fun clothing and the staff were SO lovely. We had a great experience and the boys even want to come back next year for back to school (that says a lot for 2 usually reluctant shoppers!)
Items received NOT AT ALL like the picture!! Description says it’s great for a bird lover, but this is not even close. Customer service would refund the items but not the shipping; would cost me over $24 in the end to have nothing. Not worth the risk to order from here.
Came here to buy some plushies for my friends for Christmas! This store has a variety of cute stuffed animals and accessories from a variety of brands. The ladies here were super helpful and kind. They have a wide variety of JellyCats and helped me go through lots of different ones to find the perfect two. They also helped me sort through fun socks to add as gifts. A lovely little store with a fun array of furry friends! If you’re looking for JellyCats, this is a great place!
Wow they have everything for infants! Such good quality and cute baby clothes! They have mittens for infants for winter! They are the most helpful people!
I saw this store in my neighborhood and thought it looked like it had a lot of great finds. I went into the store and was surprised and disappointed by how my greetings were not reciprocated. I did not stay long and left. On another occasion I went back into the store thinking the staff may have been having an off day. However the response I received when I went was again negative and filled with micro aggressions. Call me a glutton for punishment I went back again thinking the third time is a charm as I really wanted to explore and make a purchase. Again I was not welcomed, I was treated as if I were intruding on the staff while they interacted with someone else. I definitely would not go back in there and feel that the treatment was definitely a result of some bias from the staff. It was hostile and definitely unwelcoming. She may as well have had a sign up that said no coloured allowed.
The place has very unique clothing pieces and toys. Very nice gift ideas. For my little one I got a plastic free and unique toy made in Indonesia. For those complaining about prices, buying local means spending a little more as the profit margins are very low for independent shops. Had a lovely chat with the owners as well, and they were very helpful.
Bought a lot of overpriced items on sale, most of the store items are on sale. When I purchased the clothes I specifically asked if I can bring back anything for the kids , because it was a present. I was told that I can exchange at any time. I tried to exchange one kids dress and they refused as there is no exchange refund or store credit for anything on sale. Basically once you buy there is no refund or exchange for anything. Not going to shop again, very rude ladies in the store, beware of their sneaky policies.
