I can vouch for this store having a real bad attitude. Looks like the staff here is overwhelmed with work and frustrated. Negative experience would only drive away the customers. Never again buying from this particular store.
Was in there this evening and the two girls that were working were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Prices are spot-on, selection's fresh and trendy. Will be coming back 100%. Five stats all the way!
We went shopping at Suzy’s in fairview mall today, and there was a lady named Rihanna who looked really unapproachable and had a very negative attitude toward us. She started by telling everyone to stand in line, even though we were already in line, and since my sister was with us, we wanted to pay together. But she insisted that my family couldn’t stand there because she said it would distract her. Throughout the experience, she kept responding to us with a bad attitude. Her customer service skills were extremely poor, and her communication with customers was disappointing. We were also really surprised to realized she was the store manager. I honestly won’t return to this store on a day when she’s there.
I had an excellent experience here. Rehana and Faye were very helpful,patient and efficient. It's obvious that they know their stuff and love their work. Very positive people. Keep it up!
I had a disappointing experience at Suzy in Fairview Mall due to an associate, presumably name statering with letter "B" because she has a letter B necklace. She has a larger build.She consistently displayed rude and mean behavior towards customers. Despite having a damaged item and a prestige card that should offer a 10% discount, she acted as if she was personally giving away money. This disrespectful behavior has left a lasting negative impression, and I have no intention of returning to the store because of her attitude.
My biggest issue with Suzy is their return policy - they only allow exchanges or store credit - they do not allow return of original payment. At the time of purchase, the store associate mentioned a 14 day return period (which is in and of itself problematic because all other stores offer a 30 day return period), but she did not mention that I’d be unable to get my money back. All of this makes for a very disappointing shopping experience.
I often shop there, bought pretty dresses and tops many times. However, like other stores, when you check online, the colors are bright and different, and all looks pretty, but when you go to a store, you change your mind. Everything goes on sale several times a year. Suzyshier's problem is that you can't return the items, and you can just get store credit! However, if you purchase online, you can return the items both online and in store, but that's not for all the items. Also, all the staff in Fairview mall location are nice except one!!
