Came in for a browse, looking for pieces for a film. The store felt extremely uncurated, lots of pieces looked like mass-market/estate surplus, not thoughtfully selected or cleaned. The changing area was so untidy and there was a general dusty/neglected vibe. Not what I expected for the price point at all. Not to mention the girl that was helping us did nothing but talk for the whole time and didn’t help at all. Would not recommend.

Fantastic customer service experience. I found a problem with a pair of shoes purchased once I got home. Brought them back into the store and Mara arranged for a repair at a cobbler or equivalent store credit-my choice. They were fixed within 2 days. This kind responsiveness makes me want to continue shopping at this local business for beautiful 2nd life clothing and accessories. It’s more rewarding than PoshMark, the RealReal or other online experiences.
