Maharani is one of my fav stores on Gerrard street. They always have what I’m looking for in great price ranges. They have such a welcoming and positive aura unlike other stores that keep forcing to buy something . You feel like buying the whole store at Maharani they have such variety of selections . Such amazing and helpful staff too! They are very knowledgeable in the products too.
We visited the store after viewing a few others. When we walked into the store, we welcomed the layout and the space. We were able to view items comfortably. The staff were extremely friendly! Their products are beautiful, great quality and fairly priced! I bought a gorgeous saree from there, I have been searching stores and viewing items online for months and I was not able to find what I was looking for. I highly recommend going to this store, you will not regret it! Thank you Pawan and team!
Good display of sarees, desi wedding dresses, men & women kurtas and ladies' shoes. I just wish I knew the name of staff lady today when I visited. She was so kind, very helpful and patient in assisting me find my size and preference She also helped me in stitching one of my kurta. 10/10 would love to come back again soon and bring my friendsKeep it up! I'm truly disappointed to report my experience at this store. My friend and I visited, hoping to enjoy a pleasant shopping experience, but were instead met with mockery from the staff. One particular incident stood out: the female staff, who openly pointed at my friend’s braided hairstyle and laughed about it amongst themselves, even suggesting that they should adopt the same style. This kind of behavior is blatantly disrespectful and unacceptable. A person's hairstyle is a part of their identity and personal expression and should not be made a subject of mockery. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Their conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful. In a time where understanding and respect for diversity should be a given, this experience was a letdown. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.

Great collections at reasonable prices. Didn't find exactly what I was looking for but the people were very kind and helpful. Lots of options for plus size as well, up to size 14-16 available to try in store for some designs.
