I had a great experience! They have really good Christmas deals right now. Especially on sweaters and cardigans. I found so many cute pieces for the holidays. They also have lots of adorable accessories that make perfect little gifts.
Decent products with good prices. However the rudeness and attitude of the staff in the lower women's level really ruins the experience. This place has staff that simply don't want to be there and who take out thier life's issues on customers who help sign thier paycheck
Shoutout to the girl with glasses and dreads at Urban Behavior. She was so helpful! Even with the store being super busy, she took initiative when I had a question and got it sorted right away. I honestly think she’s a manager with how on top of everything she was. Great service and super friendly—made my shopping experience even better!
Urban Behaviour is the place to go for any type of clothing that you want! What caught my eyes were the cropped graphic tee! I love graphic tees so I purchased 2 that’s shown in the image. Each graphic tee was on sale actually for $5 and the jeans I got is like mom jeans and that was on sale for $10 I have no regrets and I absolutely loved my purchase that I have made. It’s really affordable and especially with inflation rates go up and up I think you guys should come here to get beautiful clothes for affordable prices within your budget! I did come back the next day though and purchased 2 flared sweat pants which was $10 each and it ripped jeans jacket which was also $10. Also customer service is good!
I bought a jacket and shorts, I went to the store again to return the clothes because they didn't fit me, first of all the customer service is terrible, since they don't give a solution, the only thing they say is you have to call the customer service number if I want to get refund. If a refund cannot be made, why do they tell you that you have 14 days to return it? It is the first time that I want to return something and that I cannot, forcing me to obtain some other product so as not to refund the money.
I was here shopping last Saturday for a birthday gift for my daughter. The store was incredibly hot I was very overwhelmed and felt sick almost. When I got to the cash I felt like the line was never gonna end. Then finally I was cashed out by a girl with brown hair and black glasses I never got her name but I wish I did. She was so polite and friendly and very time efficient. She was honestly a delight. But in all honesty I feel so bad for the associates at this location. They have absolutely awful working conditions if I as a customer could barely handle being in there for more than 20 minutes I cant imagine what its like to work a shift there. Head office needs to do something about this immediately.
I’m seeing these somewhat false comments in regards to the customer service at the urbn behavior at Yorkdale I went there a couple of times within the last month and most recently monday and the customer service was good , help me with whatever I need especially the fillipino man always in the front , and the young black men n woman with anything I was looking for …. yes there was a bit of a wait for the fitting room and a long line but the workers communicated saying that the location they are in is temporary and that soon they’d have more fitting rooms. And Monday. A worker fainted n me n another worker attended to her while CUSTOMERS!!! were more concerned about getting into the fitting room! Us as customers if you you reading this if YOU have patience you don’t go in have stay home n order , in regards to urban behaviour you guys need more workers to help you out
