This Urban Planet store is the best one in Toronto. I was able to find all the items I was looking for, and I couldn’t have done it without Ege. She was so nice and helpful, she made us feel welcomed and was able to find in the storage the item we were looking for. It’s hard to have such a nice experience but we had the best one! I’m definitely coming back to get more clothes! I hope Ege is there to help us out! She’s awesome ❤️❤️❤️
Ege went above and I’m overwhelmed with joy and came in the store. I fell in love with a bklyn sweater and she told me the sweater on the mannequin was the last one. I was heartbroken than she said no problem , “ I will handle it.” She took her time with a smile and removed the sweater and said ,”here you go sir .” Is there anything else you would like or I can assist you with “ I said , “All is well .” I’m honored and the whole staff was nice and welcoming.
I went on Easter Monday afternoon to return some online items and shop with my daughter and the lovely young woman at the till was so kind and patient. I needed to exchange some sizes and she waited while I went downstairs to try them on so she could combine them with my returns. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was and how organized the store was. I was at the Vaughan Mills location a few weeks prior and it was a literal zoo, the aisles are so crowded and you could barely walk by and the merch was so packed in it was hard to find anything. This location is much more roomy and organized so I'll be definitely coming here from now on!
Very nice selection of clothes and Vidhi the girl with glasses helped me a lot to get the right pieces! She has great style and was very helpful in finding me all the clothes I was looking for, so overall a happy shopping trip because of her! She was super polite and professional Amazing prices as well the fall collection is cute!! Especially the pajamas and cardigans
If you go through clothes fast. Or don't like to to be seen in the same thing more then once. This place is the best. You can buy tons of stuff cheap that look good. But they don't last long. Few good wears. Awesome for vacation clothes.
I love this store but the cashiers are rude and unhelpful as was the manager and all your sale signs are misleading which lead me to spend more than expected. Thanks for the bad business.
Bad customer experience with red curly hair girl at the cash, she did NOT want to help, acted very jaded, was like NOPE "you need the actual sticker we can refund nor return for you bye" when I travelled an hour for this. Thankfully she was the only one who gave zero F so I could return my items, with my online receipt. She didn't bother and didn't want to. Bad day? Sure just dont make me loose time and money for it?
