This is one of favourite places to get some cute going out statement pieces. Tina was also really sweet and helpful when it came to helping me put an outfit together! I would definitely recommend ❤️?
I came in to buy the last part of my Halloween costume and I returned it the day after because it didn’t fit the vibe quite well of the rest of my costume. When I tried to return the item, the worker said it was final sale and could not be returned, because it was part of Halloween. When I first purchased the item, the worker (a different person) specifically asked me if it was for Halloween and I said yes. Then, I asked her if I could return it because I was concerned it wouldn’t match the rest of my costume and she said yes, as long as it’s within 14 days. She knew my item was a Halloween purchase and Halloween purchases were final sale— but gave me false information. They said that the computer would not let them refund me my money because it was final sale (part of Halloween), and that they could only refund me my money on a gift card to re-purchase items from Windsor. Obviously, I’m not here to speculate about her intentions with doing this (I’m almost certain it was a mistake), nonetheless, this kind of negligence and failure to follow proper retail procedures should be acknowledged and addressed by the company (and not with store- credit gift cards). Let me be clear to all retail stores: I speak on behalf of all customers when I say this—refund us our money. And if you’re going to issue customers a gift card, it should be for your poor customer service, the lack of communication among your staff, and the inconvenience you cause your customers. Businesses do this as a way to limit their financial losses, but what they don’t realize is that it costs them something far more valuable — their customers’ trust. And once that’s gone, no “store credit” can buy it back. I spent $45, and that’s $45 I won’t be getting back — my only option is to spend it at Windsor. Forcing customers to keep their money locked within your store isn’t just bad business practice; it’s a terrible strategy for customer loyalty.
The best customer service at this location! I came in searching for a birthday dress and found the perfect one, thanks to the warm and attentive staff. Sarah, Tina, and Rohan were incredibly welcoming. Sarah went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit for both my dress and shoes. Despite arriving just five minutes before closing, Tina graciously assisted my mother in finding a beautiful dress. Truly a wonderful shopping experience!
Had such a lovely shopping experience at Windsor. Anu was super helpful and helped me pick out the prettiest summer dresses! Seriously couldn’t have done it without her. The dresses were perfect for the summer events I have coming up. Also, Michelle, the store manager, was so kind and made sure everything ran smoothly, even helping me out at checkout. The whole team was lovely and made the shopping experience really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
I went to the Windsor Dufferin mall location today and had the BEST experience. Tina the lovely sales associate could tell I was stressed finding a birthday outfit and she told me she could help and she spent about an hour helping me pick stuff out that flattered my figure. THANK YOU TINA! You made my BDAY!
Come here to buy a dress for my daughter and we do not see it was broke. Come here to exchange and they just want to refund on gift card. Manager suggested me to buy something on Dollarama to fix NEW DRESS!!!! Also told me to give her my phone number and back for the on Monday for the cash of the 10% off. I do not recommend buy here, to expensive for broken dresses.
I had bought a skirt and a top a while ago, and when I went to return one of them, they told me it wasn’t possible. I tried everything—even contacted customer service, which was terrible and didn’t help at all. They only sent an email to the store, but the manager ignored it and claimed the item was worn, even though I had only tried it on briefly. It was actually my first time buying from this brand, and after this experience, I’ll never shop there again.
