Christian from Wordans provided outstanding customer service. He was very attentive during our phone call and took the time to understand my situation. After my original order was cancelled due to a backlog of stock, Christian proactively suggested an alternative type of T-shirt. He then checked availability at a local warehouse and followed up by email to keep me informed about my order. Thanks to his effort and communication, I received the shirts in time. I really appreciated his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
Website says 1 day shipping ordered over $400 of product 5 days later not received when I contact them am told they don’t know and wrote in capital letters screaming they are not Purolator so rude! Guess I dispute with Mastercard , don’t waste your time total scam artist.
Previous to my last order, I’ve always liked dealing with this company. I placed an order on cyber Monday to take advantage of the discounts that they offered, but due to the volume of traffic on their site it was very slow and the discount codes were not working. I tried to call in for assistance as it says open 24 hours on Google, but they are not. I placed my order and figured that the company would help me the following day. Unfortunately, for me, that was not the case as they claim once an order is processed nothing can be done. They are unable to give me a credit back on my credit card or a discount code to equal what I should’ve received. They did offer a discount code for me to use, but I would have to spend $1000 to gain the $30 in the cyber Monday discount that I should have received. I don’t feel this is very good business practice, especially when it was their own platform that was the cause of the problem. I will be moving to another company for my future needs.

I recently purchased a custom t-shirt as a gift and was impressed with the amazing quality of both the shirt material and the printing. The design turned out exactly as I had envisioned, and it looked fantastic! Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a major issue with the sizing. The sizing guide provided on the website appears to be inaccurate, as the shirt ended up fitting much smaller than expected. Despite reaching out to the company for a solution, I was told that returns are not allowed for customized orders. While I understand the no-return policy for custom items, I wish there had been better flexibility or at least a more reliable sizing guide to avoid this issue in the first place. If you’re ordering, I highly recommend sizing up to avoid disappointment.
