They give great advice on certain products and are happy to help you acquire your exact products to match your vibe. My skateboard I bought has lasted for this long so far (3 years) and in decent shape. I'm also very aggressive with it so that says a lot. ? Definitely a great place to check out. Easy to get to, cool products, organized store, kind staff and a great experience in general. ? Have a good night all you rad bros and ladies. See you tomorrow with your boards and shapes dawg.
Love the selection here — they always have such unique pieces that I genuinely enjoy browsing. That said, the in-store experience really takes away from it. As soon as you walk in, you’re immediately approached by multiple employees, and it doesn’t stop. I totally understand that staff are probably just following store policy or commission guidelines, but it’s honestly overwhelming. After being approached several times within seconds of entering, I ended up leaving. I hate leaving negative reviews (especially since I work in the retail industry myself), but I really hope management reconsiders this approach — it’s making it hard to enjoy what’s otherwise a great store.
Came in around 11 a.m. on a Thursday and had an awesome experience. Soli helped me out a ton, and the other guy working with him (wish I caught his name — he was wearing a trucker hat) was just as great. Both were super helpful, charismatic, and made the whole shopping experience fun. Honestly felt like I was just hanging out with the boys while finding my fit. Ended up grabbing an Affliction tee and couldn’t be happier. These guys really made my day — I’ll definitely be coming back.
I had such a great experience! The workers were really nice and super helpful with everything I needed. They even gave me their input on my pants, which I really appreciated. Everyone was very friendly, talkative, and went out of their way to make sure my experience was great. Special shoutout to Nic for being especially kind and helpful!
Employee borderline harassed me when asking a question about the ethica boxers. He said i wear them and lifted his shorts up to show me. I am a 17 year old girl and in no circumstances is that ok. One other employee witnessed it but did not say a word. Would never go back to this location
Yeooo this place is superrr chill. Love the customer service SPECIALLY from Jared my mans just took care of us. Respect goes out to him and all the employees at Zumiez giving the name some good rep. Preciate you Jared always gna come back.
We went in sat, jul 26 and all of these guys were awesome. Playing Tyler music and a large collection of clothes (as well as AMAZING DEALS) this place is a must go for anyone into baggy, skater or that general style of clothes.
