So bad experience, last time I went there to buy some cigarettes, my total was 250 something and there was an Asian lady and my account was deducted twice, I doubt, accidentally checked my online banking and saw there was two same deductions from here, I show her and she said no it can't be possible and started rude with me without my fault, luckily there was manager that time he assured me come tomorrow I will check properly if it happens then I will give back you your money, the next day I visit there and because my account was deducted twice so the same asian lady gave me my 250$ back, bcz it was her fault and today I again visit there and same lady started yelling at me while I entered, she said you have to pay cash loudly otherwise get out, just had my card with me then she said you created problem last time, first of all it was her mistake last time she charged twice from me and she's saying it was my mistake and if they didn't charged twice from me then how can they give me Back my 250$ the next day, I also showed my bank statement and it was too much she shouted and told me Indian lady , yes I m Indian and I m proud to be, so please tell your that employee don't try to resist someone, she should know that at least
Dear owner of Seven Eleven, I wanted to share my experience from April 15th at 8:50 am. The clerk working at the store was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name, but when I fell in front of the store, she provided assistance and showed genuine care, even while attending to other customers. She was truly a kind person, and I assure you that whenever I am in the area, I will make sure to purchase something from your store! Thank you for your hospitality!
Been waiting in line for the clerk at the Canada post for over 25 minutes. Still waiting. The clerk seems to lack any computer skills and moves almost sloth-like.
one of your employees was extremely transphobic to me, unprovoked. He referred to me as "guy.... girl? whatever you are, thing - I can't tell because of your hair" to me on valentines. so rude and uncalled for. I will never go back there again and tell all my friends to find another gas station to go to.
