Only because this is an INS branded location and I consier you associated with the INS at Church and Dundas who closed at least 8 minutes early last night, you are getting a 1 star. I would give ZERO if I could. I was told "they usually close early... especially on 'game night'". If you usually close early, than change the hours on your display board accordingly.
Staff is friendly but 50% of the time I see this or the door is locked, and it is usually during lunch time which is when more people need to visit the store
This review is for a person who was working there today morning, Jyot. I didn’t have my phone today and had to travel to Mississauga. I entered this place to buy something and requested if they had a phone on site. They didn’t. However Jyot was a pure gentleman and offered to call me a cab using his own cellphone. This kind of behaviour and support is truly remarkable.
This place used to be good whenever I needed to hop in and buy some lotteries. There was a guy here who was friendly and knew how to talk to customers. I came in today and got my ticket checked and I won thirty something dollars on lotto max. Instead of giving me the money, this new clown asked if I had change and showed me a $50 bill. Bruh… you are the convenience store, how are you inconveniencing me?
Very nice owners -- super friendly and helpful. Clean store and super handy. Not a huge inventory but friendliness, cleanliness and convenience offset any limited stock concerns.
