I took my biracial son this past week for a dental hygienist appointment. The supply receptionist was surprised that I had insurance for him. She also refused to believe me or accept that I am his mother, and she kept pointing to her computer, indicating the computer says the mother is so-and-so (my kid's white stepmom). She disbelieved me so much that she called my ex-husband's wife to check if I was lying or truthful. When I finally looked at the receipts, there were so many errors. Waiting to see on Monday if the normal receptionist/management apologizes, rectifies record/receipt, erroneous insurance filings, etc.
Excellent customer service . Office manager Helen is very efficient. I have been a client since 1996. Dental hygienists are very thorough. Very clean venue.

I have been treated by Dr. Amy for over 29 years. She is a true professional with the patients health at the forefront of all her recommendations. She will always present the pros and cons of a treatment and will not recommend a treatment that she feels is not in the best interest of her patient even though it may represent more revenue for her. Her skill is also excellent. Her hands are light to the touch and her empathy comes through them which is calming to a patient. I will be sad if she ever decides to retire as I wouldn’t know how to replace her.
