I decided to give the clinic a try because it’s close to my home, and I’m so glad I did. There are truly no words to describe how satisfied I am with the services I received at Dr. Lo’s clinic. I started with regular teeth cleaning, followed by a dental crown, and later orthodontic treatment with braces. Every step of the process was handled with care and professionalism. The services are exceptionally affordable — honestly, it’s hard to find better value in the GTA. Dr. Lo is highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about patient care. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Becky, the most helpful and friendly receptionist in town, who made every visit smooth and pleasant. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars — highly recommended!

Another convenience is the parking situation there’s a parking lot just a one-minute walk from the clinic, which makes the visit much easier, especially during busy hours. What stands out most is the genuine care the whole team shows. From clear explanations to helpful reminders, you can tell they value their patients. Dr. Lo has been my dentist for as long as I've had teeth. I am from Hamilton originally and was ecstatic to learn that he has a Toronto location, which I went to while at university. I have trusted Dr. Lo with everything from regular cleanings and checkups to root canals and extractions. He is a dentist who is realistic about your treatment, does not try to sell you on random procedures, and greets you like a friend every time you see him.
The staff here is so friendly and professional! Becky, the office manager, is fantastic - super organized and always on top of communications. Dr. Lo is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s not only excellent at what he does, but also personable and genuinely friendly, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. Kwong LO is a prominent professional with kind heart who has provided excellent dentistry service to 2 generations of my family for more than 30 years. In 2003i had not missing teeths on my upper teeth. I arrived to see dentist Lo because I had an abces on my upper teeth and I went to see doctor Lo on dundas across the 52 division. He did worse.He cut my teeth an half since than i am struggling to fix it all the time.his office destroyed all my upper teeth. They flatted all my teeth. Pls help me where to take my justice. Now i carry dentures.upper.They fix my front teeth all the times.charging odsp all the time, but the repairs stay a month and also they never fixed all the teeth fix only the chipped ones. In few years Dr Lo office left me without almost all my upper teeth. I end up to wear dentures because of their ignorance and being no caring. Today i went to fix again the upper front teeth and the dentist from lo office fix half way and let me half teeth no covered. Pls help me. Where to make justice to myself.
