Whenever I attend my appointment at Bloor West Dentistry I am always greeted personally by name with a warm welcome and smiles, which immediately makes me feel relaxed and calms any apprehensions. All the staff always do their best to be very helpful.
Best dental experience ever! Had a cap pop off late on a Thursday evening and although they were busy they took me without hesitation. Professional from the desk to the dentist. Dr. Pham and her associate had me assessed, cleaned up, patched up and out the door in no time. Talked me through and showed me the work then discussed next steps. They did a lot of work and to my surprise the bill was very reasonable. Going back for a cleaning. The folks at Bloor West Dentistry are very gracious. You will be very pleased.
By far the best dentist I’ve ever gone to! I called them in the morning for a dental emergency and they saw me that very same day! They swiftly got my xrays from my old dentist before I came in. When I came in later that day the receptionist was so welcoming and nice. The dentist was amazing as well made me feel very comfortable and found a solution to my problem. The dentist was genuine, honest and empathetic, not pushy like other places I’ve been! Can’t recommend them enough!
I went in with toothache. We searched for an other dentist at this floor, but he wasn't in. The lovely girl at the front desk (Vicky T) told me, that they can also help me. After some questions I sat on the dentists chair where Dr. Wat quick found out, what my problem is. I had the best expirience with this wonderful team and can recommend them!
Dr. Watt, Allison, Josey and Greg are outstanding people. They always take the time to explain what's happening are extremely thorough and caring. My whole family goes here and it's always a pleasant experience. The paper work and billing is done extremely fast, usually refunded the next day. Highly recommend.
*UPDATED IN JULY 2024 Still with Dr Wat and still love the office. Super responsive, communicate where you prefer (text messages for me). The kids are now old enough to go on their own for any extra appointments! Charlotte and the rest of the admin team are awesome! ******* We moved our services from downtown Toronto having just moved into the area. We LOVE it here. They do family appointments at convenient times getting our family of 4 done in less than an hour. Greg is fantastic to deal with as well. I enjoy that they are flexible and reachable with email. I especially love that they take care of all the paperwork on BOTH work plans. Highly recommend this whole team. Efficient, fair, flexible & organized.
Always love getting my teeth cleaned by Dr. Allison! Lovely staff and super understanding when it comes to little appointment hiccups - Greg at reception is awesome and does an amazing job with reminders. My wife and my son also love coming here and I would definitely recommend Dr. Wat's team and Bloor West Dentistry to all my friends/family.
