This dentist over charges your Insurance. Going elsewhere. They told me I had nothing wrong with my tooth went elsewhere and I have a cavity between the 2 molars. Please get a new xray machines. I can’t go to a dentist that I don’t trust with my health. You loose 2 customers next
I loath the dentist. Bwdg has not only made the experience exponentially more "tolerable", I might even enjoy coming back for the lovely faces who get to know you and truly care. In the last year, they've managed to convince me to undergo procedures I had been pushing off for years, and so comfortably also. Shout out to the killer front desk team, and my fave hygienist Tania for being the best in the west!

I appreciated how they explained the procedures in a clear and reassuring manner. It felt more like a conversation than a typical dental visit, which I really liked. The hygienist was also wonderful—very gentle during the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I felt like I was in capable hands, and I left with a brighter smile and plenty of useful tips for at-home care. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which added to my confidence in their services. Plus, they clearly prioritize patient comfort, which makes a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend Bloor West Dental Group to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and thorough dental experience. I’m grateful to have found such a great dental practice in my area!
I wish Dr. Turchet hadn't sold his practice to BWDG and I wish his patients had been told they'd be seen by someone else when booking appointments. I don't think the two offices had the same philosophy. During the pandemic, I went to BWDG because an inlay had come off and needed to be glued back on. The first thing the new dentist said to me was that the inlay should be replaced with a crown --which annoyed me because I prefer to keep as much of the natural teeth as possible and the inlay was in good shape; it just needed to be glued back on. Then I don't know if she put too much glue or what, but the bite was higher and to get the bite back to normal she proceeded to shave off an overlay on the opposing molar and pretty much ruined it in the process. I should have filed a complaint at the time and had them pay to replace the damaged overlay. I don't know if my experience was an anomaly, but it was enough to break my trust and decide not to set foot there ever again.
Best Dentist in town. No equal. Excellent Covid precautions...patient screening upon entering....Temperature and blood oxygen level....screens on the front counters...treatment rooms that are now sealed and every room has a $2500 surgical quality air filtration system....it's like breathing in the forest...some things not offered because they generate too much airborne material. You will feel very safe! Great team. ?
Bloor West Dental Group is a truly professional company. The staff, from the dentists, hygienists to the front desk personnel are pleasant, caring and make you feel special. 15 years ago my husband and l moved 100 km out of Toronto to live in the country and we still come to Toronto to have our dental work done here. The care that everyone of the staff take to make the experience pleasant is the primary reason. Kudos to everyone!
The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. My case was a bit complicated and went through multiple dental procedures and I almost gave up on fixing my smile. I wish I met doctor Rotella sooner but I’m very grateful for everything he is done for me . It was a life changing experience to say the least. I got dental implants/ major restoration. One of my front teeth was about to get extracted and he saved my teeth . He always pays attention to details. and he is very patient and extremely professional . The front desk people are very welcoming and they have always worked with my busy schedule. They make you feel like a family. I Highly recommend it !
