They are very organized. I had a molar implant. It was done in 3 sessions of 20 minutes each. I experienced no pain. I took no medication. This was my third implant that Dr. Hughes performed for me. I trust them 100 per cent with all my dental needs.
Me and my family have been coming here for the past year. Every appointment we arrive early just to be seen 30mins later (once I have waited 1.5h just to be seen). Dr. Hughes will come in swiftly, have a look at you, instruct the assistant, then leave without giving time for any inquiries. In addition, the technicians/assistants are blatantly unprofessional, they will talk/about their personal life with their colleagues and take breaks during your appointment right in front of you (once had one of them show one of their colleagues a photo of their vacation on their phone while her hands were in my mouth causing her to take a break ). I highly do not recommend this office if you are seeking a professional office with doctors who will listen to your worries.
The best dentist, cleaning and treatment in the town you never find the same place anywhere else. Good price good service good everything good cleaning amazing place. and amazing result you will be happy if you visit thank you for all your service?????
Usually my place to go to get my teeth cleaned. Yesterday this one hygienist was cleaning my teeth and gave me the worst experience ever. She didn't know how to handle any of the tools. She kept applying too much pressure to my mouth. Even with the suction tool, she kept on shoving it deep into my mouth where I gagged multiple times and the tool got stuck on my gums so often that one particular spot got sore and has a visible irritation. With the cleaning tools, she kept on jabbing and stabbing around, as if she didnt know how to position her hand or gauge how much pressure she should be using. It honestly felt like she was new and had no clue on what to do. Like a kid given a set of tools to try out. Except that this is no place for that, especially when working in other people's mouths.
Management needs to get a better handle of appointments per day. I could be the first appointment or the last appointment regardless I'm sitting there waiting 30-60 minimum. There is three plus receptionists why can't they call and push back appts if they're backed up. I understand the bottom line but come on.......This review is based solely on efficiency of time management, Dr Hughes still gets a five stars.
The worst dental clinic ever. Doctors are great but the three receptionists are very rude and careless. They never pick up the call too. Both first time and second time appointments, I had to wait so long even though I booked it weeks ahead, they always said it didn’t show in their system and let me wait for so long on the day. Very incompetent and rude.
Dr. Hughes and the hygienists are alway great but the experience has been stressful. Always having to wait over 25 min every time I have an appointment, they never have appointments for my invisalign sit downs, it has taken almost 7 years now. Deborah at the front desk is always rude, difficult to deal with and very argumentative.
