Dr. Miladinovic and Alma are great. I went for a toothache and they were thorough about my prognosis and next steps and made me feel comfortable with all of the information presented. I have been coming here for years and I will continue to come here. Ben is also great at the desk.
I scheduled an appointment online for my wife, and I received a call from your clinic on Monday confirming the appointment for Wednesday, February 26th, at 2:30 PM. However, when my wife arrived at the clinic, she was repeatedly told by a staff member that she was at the wrong clinic, even after verifying with the front desk. When I called to clarify, the front desk staff checked and then stated that there was no appointment for my wife. This raises some concerns for me: How was it determined that my wife had no appointment before she even checked with the front desk? How does your appointment system work, and could there have been an error in scheduling? Could there have been any misunderstanding or bias that led to this situation? I would appreciate an explanation of what happened and how this issue can be prevented in the future. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
Nothing but a bunch of crooks and only care about taking as much money from you as possible. Two of my molars were pretty much completely decayed. They suggested to try to save the two teeth by doing a root canal and crowns. Almost 7 years later they both got completely removed either way after being told by TWO separate dental offices and one maxillofacial surgeon that the root canals/crowns were done completely incorrectly and unprofessionally. One dentist even told me “whoever has done this to you should no longer be in practice”. Because of how sloppy of a job the root canals and crowns were done I got a huge infection in my jaw and lost a lot of jaw bone. Now I have to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars on getting two implants and already spent thousands getting a bone graft. Not to mention as I was getting the root canals done it was EXTREMELY painful to the point I was literally crying on the chair only to find out by other dentists that’s it’s completely not normal to feel pain during that procedure.
This is one of the best dental offices I have been to. Everyone is so polite and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable and everything is explained to you. I’m so happy I found them. They have a customer for life
