We seem to end up at Amazon Hardwood each time we are looking for flooring. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with competitive prices and great selection.
I got scammed by them, I got exotic wood from them and paid heavy price for it and my wood installer said this wood lacks quality and declined to install wood after installing small portion and suggested me to return wood. I contacted company and they offer to get it installed by their installer who charge a lot for installation. Felt like scammed and with no options I decided to go with amazon installer. They installed and shortly we noticed the wooden floor is so uneven and not smooth at all.I felt so annoyed and helpless. Stay away from them.
I just got new flooring in my house and would like to thank everyone at Amazon hardwood for their great work. The installation was very fast and proper care was taken to make sure everything was cleaned. Great job.
Amazon did an excellent job installing hardwood floors on the 2nd floor of my home. Prices were great for both the flooring and Installation based on 5 companies I got a quote from. The installers were very respectful of our home during the installation process. Highly recommended.

I purchased 1700 sqft of hardwood floor for my house from Amazon Hardwood flooring - 900 sqft of solid hardwood for the main floor and 800 sqft of engineered hardwood for the basement. Before I picked up the flooring, I verbally confirmed with Amazon that whatever product was extra I could return with the original receipt within 30 days. My contractor installed the product, and I went to return the extra a couple weeks later. At that point, they informed me that only the solid hardwood could be returned. It is very disappointing to do business with people who don't honour their word. I will not be back.
