We did our renovations through Bella almost two years ago and we are still very satisfied with the work that was done. They were recommended to us by a friend who had used them and had a great experience. Luay helped us and he explained everything about the renovations and the process. He gave us a quote for the project which was detailed and straight forward. The store is very nice and they have more than enough options to choose from but not too many options that you get overwhelmed. Luay was really helpful with making choices and he even has a great way of telling you when he thinks another option will look better or that you're making a bad choice. Honestly him and Moe have great taste. Its great because its a one stop location to get everything you need. They said the renovations would take 3 weeks and they took exactly that amount of time and it was all on budget as discussed. They did our floors, stairs, bathrooms, and potlights and everything was done very well. I have attached some images some of which are mid renovation just to show how clean the process is. We especially love the way the tiles are vein matched even on the more hidden areas. The only problem we have is with the floor manufacturer Northernest. The team at Bella tried to help us but Northernest only sends emails promising to help but they do not actually follow up. NORTHERNEST EXPERIENCE: We chose their "Solid Maple" hardwood floors and love the way they look. Unfortunately the quality is not good. These floors scratch and dent very easily. Small plastic children's toys and even TV remotes falling on the floor will leave dents. Our furniture resting on the floor leaves impressions. We contacted Northernest and they would only call back through a private number. Then they send some emails and ghost you. If you try contacting them again they don't call back. They don't have a number on their website or a google presence where you can leave them reviews. Now I know why. Their website has broken links and a bunch of promises about quality that they don't stand by. We lived at our previous place for 6 years and we barely had a handful of dents when we moved out. These floors have some coating on top but this coating scratches very easily and leaves a very noticeable white mark. Since getting these floors I have looked at the floors at other homes that I go to and all of them from hardwood to laminate to engineered don't scratch or dent when dropping small objects from 5 ft up. I attached some pictures. You can see where the legs of our couch left impressions, you can see clear white scratched from moving light furniture around, you can see cracks forming randomly and the floor pealing. Of course floors dent and some are probably our fault but these are completely dent and scratch prone. The floors quality is suspect, but the worst part is that Norhternest won't follow up with quality issues. They keep promising to help but then stop replying. They said they would send an inspector, then told us they need to find an inspector, then stopped replying. Its been at least 8 months and nothing. There are plenty of flooring options at Bella so avoid Northernest. I don't know about all their flooring options but I know they don't stand behind their product at all. They have a few bad reviews hidden in the comments of their facebook page. When you're picking materials, please google the manufacturer and make sure they will stand behind their product and they have a presence and good reviews. Take objects and try dropping them on the floor samples and try scratching them. Get floors that are scratch and dent resistant.
I purchased my flooring for my kitchen with Bella flooring and I had May helping me. She was great and very knowledgeable and truly cared about my concerns and helped me as much as she could. Would definitely recommend!
I had great experience at this location . We renovated our house and after looking all over the places we chose bella flooring for their prices and great customer service . They went the extra mile Thank you It was awesome Thanks to the lady (May) For for her outstanding service and knowledge of the materials .
They overpriced their products. Low quality but very high price. Bonna glue are $20.88 per tube here. You can go to Torca, and they are $10.95. Don't buy from here. Shop at Torca in West Toronto. Better quality products and you will pay half the price.
My experience was Great at bella flooring plus , the staff are very professional and helpful , they have competitive prices and materials are of a great quality , they have executed my home flooring and completed all the washrooms and supplied and installed the sanitary ware, I wouldn't trust any other company to do the work ..I highly recommend them and definitely will approach them again for other work , thank you MOE
Very very bad experience in this store! They did not take any responsibility even after they made a mistake (in my case sending different colored vinyl plank). They just accused me of not verifying it . Be careful and verify the invoice before you pay , they can do all sort of wrong calculations to take more money from you . I have never experienced such bad service in my life. If you want to buy something from this company, be careful . I will never ever go there again
