I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Tony and Anney prioritize service, and were really invested in the process of choosing and installing the carpet from — start to finish. They did not lose steam as soon as my deposit was paid. The selection of carpets at different price points stood out. They also listened to my priorities and steered me in the direction of what they had that matched my aesthetic and budget. They were not pushy, but knowledgeable and professional. The time from purchase to install was less than 10 days. I didn’t need to keep following up, Anney made sure to call me — as promised — with an update. Only one update was needed bc everything went so quickly and smoothly. ⏰ I highly recommend this spot for all your carpet needs. I will certainly be a repeat customer for my next carpet.
The carpet looks great and installer Stefano was amazing. My only question: Tony initially quoted $600 for moving furniture (one bedroom), then said his own crew would do it for $450 which still seems pricey. Then Tony lowered the overall price by about that much to "make me smile". The crew consisted of the installer who used sliders to move two chest of drawers by himself. Seemed like a bit of sales razz dazzle. But overall a good result.

My “luxury vinyl” floors are falling apart! Buckling, cracking and holes along seams. Work was completed Dec 2020 for $33,000. The entire flooring needs to be replaced. Absolutely appalling!

Danforth Carpet Connection were fantastic to work with! Tony was very courteous and patient in helping us select a carpet for our stairs that met our needs and budget, allowing us to take samples home before making our selection. He is knowledgeable on the different materials available which helped immensely! Installation was completed promptly with attention to detail and their installer Peter did a great job.
We were very happy with Danforth Carpet. Buying sisal was straightforward, getting the materials was timely and the price was appropriate. The installation was very efficient and Onar (spelling?) who did the work was great, efficient, helpful and a skilled carpet layer.
