It was easy to find something that matched both our style and budget. Ryan and the installation team were fantastic—professional, meticulous, and clearly dedicated to quality. We regrettably had a terrible experience at our appointment with Wissam. Our designer had introduced us to the basic option and even though we were open to being upsold on the premium flooring, I guess Wissam had already determined we werent worth his time. wissam was condescending with both my husband and myself right off the bat and found every opportunity to be snarky when we were asking questions about their products. We were considering Neoud but he has made sure we will never touch the product and to share our experience. I only leave reviews in extraordinary circumstances. This is unfortunately of the extraordinarily unpleasant variety. What a joke of a salesman. You sell floors, get over yourself.
